Therapeutic Approach

It is my goal to help you feel heard and understood. I approach therapy through a relational framework, using Adlerian therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to help people face challenges, explore their thoughts and emotions, and find better ways of moving forward in their lives and relationships. I am passionate about helping people build resilience, hope, and courage.

Anxiety, depression, sports performance, addiction, grief and loss, life transitions, relational issues, self-esteem, stress, trauma, PTSD, and men’s issues


Treatment Population

I work with adults and teenagers.


My Journey

Throughout my own healing journey, I have experienced the power of caring relationships. Many people have helped me along the way, and I will always have deep gratitude for each one of them. I have learned from personal experiences that facing life’s challenges instead of running from them makes all the difference in our journey of healing and growth.
