Therapeutic Approach
I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be open about what’s going on. Using a cognitive-behavioral (CBT) lens, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and use simple, practical tools to address concerns such as performance anxiety, perfectionism, and unhelpful self-talk. Together, we’ll work on stepping back from patterns that feel stuck, gaining a clearer perspective, and focusing on your strengths so you can feel more confident and in control. I also bring an understanding of performance environments, including athletics, and the mental challenges that can come with them.
Treatment Issues
Sport Performance, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Stress, Life Transitions, Career Counseling, Self-Esteem, and Relational Issues
Treatment Population
I work with preteens, teens, and adults (ages 12 and up).
My Journey
My personal journey, both in life and in performance settings, has shaped how I understand pressure, growth, and resilience. I’ve experienced what it’s like to navigate high expectations, self-doubt, and the push to keep going, and I know how impactful it can be to feel genuinely supported in those moments. Over time, I’ve developed a deeper appreciation for resilience, self-awareness, and the ongoing process of personal growth. That perspective shapes how I show up: real, curious, and committed to helping others build confidence, gain clarity, and continue growing in ways that feel meaningful to them.
