I view people as whole beings, including mind, body, and soul. I look at how stress of the mind can affect the body and soul. I use an integrative approach, exploring the past and correcting maladaptive thinking and behaviors. I strive to help course correct maladaptive thinking and to engage in the healing of old wounds.
Anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorders, ADHD, military veterans and family related issues, difficult family experiences
I specialize in treating clients ages 18-50.
I began my education in psychology in high school. I attended Shorter University in Rome, GA, where I got my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am working toward my Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My passion for people comes from my life experience. There are many times in my life when I wish there was someone there for me and there wasn’t. There are also times in my life when there was someone there for me and it changed the direction of my life for which I am forever thankful.
