Fees are based on provider classification. An estimate of charges and insurance co-pays will be provided at your first appointment. Our providers accept a variety of insurance policies. As a courtesy, our experienced office staff will file the claims for you. Copays, deductibles, and non-covered charges are due at the time of service. Sliding scale payment is offered by some providers.
