Therapeutic Approach

I believe in a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to healing. I help my clients work through their past and present issues using a combination of unique therapeutic approaches. I also provide a deep understanding of consciousness and how your environment plays a vital role in your life. We will explore how your current life struggles of negative thoughts, emotions/triggers all tie back to your past experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-Based therapeutic modalities.

Treatment Issues

Life transitions, depression, anxiety, spirituality, relationship issues, stress, anger, career counseling, grief, parenting, divorce, trauma/PTSD, family conflict, codependency, self-esteem, and women’s issues

Treatment Population

I specialize in working with adults 18 years and older.

My Journey

My journey as a counselor started at a very young age. I was always fascinated with people and eagerly listened to their struggles and victories. I had a strong calling to become a counselor growing up, but the universe had other plans for me, and it wasn’t until my 30s that it became a reality. Life threw me some serious curveballs in the last 30 years, and these experiences have assisted me in developing a deeper understanding of what my clients are going through. I provide a safe space, listen with empathy and compassion, and will meet you where you are in the here and now. Telling your life story is one of the most powerful ways you can begin to heal, grow, and transform your life. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you in every area of your life.
