The main approaches I draw from are family systems, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I utilize interventions from other therapies as needed.

My Journey
I have spent many years walking alongside individuals as they trudged through the muck and mire of life’s hardships. I’ve worked in youth ministry, community outreach, and a pregnancy care center. In my personal life, I’ve been blessed with supportive, trustworthy people who have seen me through many trials. Their example taught me the ministry of “getting in the trenches” with people.
