Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach is to provide a safe space where clients can come into my office and not feel judged. I provide a holistic, person-centered approach to help you process and progress through life’s challenges. Additionally, we will work together using Adlerian, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic approaches to process past experiences, thoughts, and behaviors to build self-awareness, resilience, coping skills, and foster a better future.
Treatment Issues
I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction,PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relational issues, and self-esteem.
Treatment Population

My Journey
Ever since I was a little girl, I have carried a deep desire to help others and to walk alongside them in their struggles. Throughout my life, I have had many inspirational counselors whose support and wisdom helped me navigate difficult times, encouraged my personal growth, and reminded me that healing is possible. I also know the pain of searching for comfort in times of distress and feeling like there was no one to turn to. I would not be the person I am today without the guidance and care of those counselors who invested in me. Their influence shaped my desire to become a counselor myself, so I can offer the same support to others. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for people to seek support, overcome challenges, rewrite their story, and realize that they are so much more than a statistic.
