Therapeutic Approach
My approach is to meet each client where they are and identify their individual brain patterns with a brain mapping. I then discuss that assessment with the client to identify the patterns they would like to change. A specific training plan is established based on what the client wants changed in their life such as sleeping better, reducing anxiety or depression, increasing focus and attention, decreasing or eliminating medication, achieving peak performance, etc.
Please visit the neurofeedback page for additional information about brain training. To find out more about how neurofeedback may benefit you, please call me at (423) 598-2860 for a complementary phone consultation. I will be happy to answer your brain training questions and discuss pricing and scheduling.
Treatment Issues
Brain training does not “treat” issues. It allows a person to change their own brain and therefore release patterns that have created negative actions, emotions, or behaviors. This does, however, result in life-changing affects in the person’s life that are specific, measurable, and life-long.
Treatment Population
I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.
My Journey
I have homeschooled my two daughters for years due to diagnoses of ADHD and Aspergers along with anxiety and depression. When brain training was suggested after everything else had failed, I mustered up hope one more time. The outcome was so completely miraculous that I knew I had to pursue this for my whole family. I started my journey to learn and obtain certification in this science to help others along with my family. My passion is watching individuals be free from medication, anxiousness, struggles in school, and lack of focus…..permanently!
